Lunch Program

Lunch Program

Our school provides a supervised lunch program on a regular or drop-in basis as a service to parents. We encourage parents to make other arrangements for lunch if possible as children benefit from a break in school routine.

Lunch program fees collected cover the costs of the noon-hour supervision, additional custodial services, and equipment.  For example, all outdoor play equipment used during the noon hour, soap, paper towels, and other supplies are paid for with the fees.  The majority of the students will eat in the lunchroom.

Students staying for lunch are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible manner.  Students who are not cooperative will be removed from the lunch room or they may be temporarily or permanently suspended from the lunch program.
